Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine approved by Health Canada

Pfizer- -BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine approved by Health Canada. The vaccine was declared effective and safe for use on Canadians by the Federal Health Agency.

The Health Canada said ‘the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine meets the Department’s stringent safety, efficacy and quality requirements and can be used in Canada.

Canada will be receiving 249,000 doses of BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine by the end of December.
