Supreme Court of India intends to stay farm laws

Supreme Court intends to stay the implementation of new controversial farm laws. The Supreme Court also proposed to form an independent committee to resolve the issue between the Indian farmers and the Government of India. The independent committee will be headed by a former Chief Justice of India.

The Chief Justice Bobde also requested senior citizens, women and children who are protesting against the new farm law to return home.
