1,563 new COVID-19 cases and 88 deaths reported in Ontario today.
Covid-19 test positivity fell to its lowest point since late October 2020.
Today’s count and Wednesday’s count of 745 new cases have been impacted by a major transition in data management systems at public health units at Toronto and some other places.
64,467 tests were process in Ontario in the last 24 hours.
584 new cases were reported in Toronto, 245 new cases in Peel, 132 new cases in York Region, 58 cases in Halton, 34 new cases in Durham, and 78 new cases in Hamilton.
