Swedish frequenter identification app Truecaller on Thursday introduced brand new updates including critical dispatches, sharing of smart cards, revamped smart SMS, the capability to edit transferred converse dispatches, and setting dereliction views.
According to the company, new features in the app are an instigative addition for moment’s generation as they aren’t only functional tools but are also a timesaver in our fast-paced world.
“These features get us near to our charge to make communication safer and more effective for everyone. Truecaller has evolved into a important communication mecca and for the people who wish to use the app to its fullest, these features will add immense value. The features are delightful and easy-to- use and can break numerous problems we face in our day-to- day messaging,”Rishit Jhunjhunwala, Chief Product Officer and Managing Director, Truecaller India, said in a statement.
The critical dispatches feature allows you to get the receiver’s attention for critical or time-sensitive dispatches with a custom announcement. The critical communication will pop up on the philanthropist’s screen with high visibility, indeed if another app is open, and won’t vanish until the philanthropist reads it.
With a set dereliction launch screen-Truecaller druggies will now be suitable to choose the dereliction appearance of the app when it’s first launched. With a simple long- press on the calls or dispatches tab, it can be set as the dereliction view. The coming time the app is opened, it’ll open to the dereliction.
With the new update, you can edit/ make changes to the converse communication indeed after the receiver has viewed it. You can edit converse dispatches at any time after transferring and it’s important to note that editing is only available for Truecaller Chat, not SMS.
Now, you can partake smart cards in the form of an image so that the information is fluently readable by anyone, whether they use Truecaller or not.
