US President Joe Biden said Wednesday that “leper” Vladimir Putin is “losing” the war in Ukraine, but it’s too early to tell whether the Russian chairman has been weakened by the greedy Wagner group’s aborted rebellion.
Asked by journalists at the White House whether President Putin is now weaker, Joe Biden said” It’s hard to tell, but he is easily losing the war” in Ukraine and” he’s losing the war at home.”
Vladimir Putin is now” a leper around the world,” President Biden added.
The White House remains conservative on interpreting the fallout from last week’s extraordinary events in Russia where the forces from the Wagner group-one of the most able corridor of the Russian service in Ukraine– revolted and hovered to attack Moscow, before reversing course.
