The Chief Minister of Kerala Pinarayi Vijayan broke a 4 decade-old trend of one term governments in the state as he led his Left Democratic Front Party to a successive 2nd term in power.
On Sunday he dedicated this victory to the people of Kerala.
Vijayan also took a dig at Congress-led opposition and The BJP as well.
The Kerala CM addressed the media at his home base in Kannur.
The tally of the victory showed about 99 seats for the Left and the Congress-led Opposition end up getting about 41 seats. The BJP who was able to get 1 seat in 2016 elections was not able to get any seat this time.
