Meta, which launched the Meta Business Coach tool on WhatsApp as an innovative and fluently-accessible way for possessors of small-and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across India, on Friday blazoned that it plans to expand the reach of the chatbot in India in the coming months.
The company said that in lower than four months alone, nearly small business possessors in India have penetrated the Meta Business Coach, an automated converse bot devoted to furnishing digital chops and tools to SMBs.
