Flipkart says ‘anomalies’ behind some iPhone 13 order cancellations

After some iPhone 13 buyers went to Twitter to express their frustration of not entering their bias after placing online orders on Flipkart, thee-commerce platform on Monday said a many orders were cancelled by merchandisers” due to anomalies”.

Some guests also complained that their refunds were taking a longer time on orders placed during the ongoing” Big Billion Day” trade. A many also twittered that they entered fake handsets although their claims couldn’t be corroborated. The company said in a statement that” a minor bit of orders( lower than 3 per cent of all orders) have been cancelled by merchandisers due to anomalies”.

” As a client- concentratede-commerce business, we encourage merchandisers to prioritise the guests’ orders and strive to keep them pleased with their service,” a company prophet said. Flipkart said that close to” 70 per cent of all iPhone orders placed across metropolises including Guntur, Gorakhpur, and Siliguri have been successfully delivered by the merchandisers”.

An affected client said in a tweet” reserved iPhone 13 during theA Big Billion Day trade & was eagerly staying for the delivery. The product was cancelled by the dealer/ Flipkart without any explanation”. Another iPhone 13 buyer said” This order was packed history, supposed to be delivered moment. Cancelled at the last nanosecond without my concurrence”.

There has been a rush to buy iPhones during the gleeful deals in the country and iPhone 13 is among the most popular bone, piecemeal from the recently- launched iPhone 14 and 14 Pro. After unveiling its coming- word products, tech mammoth Apple has discontinued aged iPhones, including iPhone 11, 12 Mini, 13 Pro, and 13 Pro Max.
