In a horrible and heart-wrenching incident, a differently-abled girl has been raped and filmed in a rural area in Punjab Province, in Pakistan.
The 16-year-old deaf and mute girl was raped and filmed for 3 months by at least 5 suspects. They not only raped and filmed the incident but blackmail the victim’s father, a security guard to give them money. The videos were made viral on certain social media platforms.
The local police have taken notice of the incident and at least 2 alleged rapists have been arrested.
The victim is a 16-year-old girl, a resident of suburb village Kundi, her father works as a security guard for a private company. The girl is deaf and mute by birth.
The 2 suspects taken into custody, have been identified as Hassan and Ijaz. The suspects are also in their youth.
They have been accused of raping and filming the victims for months and making the incidents viral on social media.
The girl’s medical report proved that she was repeatedly raped. The DNA samples have been sent to Lahore for further tests.
The local police have registered against 5 persons on the complaint of the girl’s father.
The girl’s father has also accused the suspects of blackmailing him and demanding money while threatening him.
The victim’s father has 5 children of which the eldest daughter (victim) and his 5 years old son are deaf and mute since birth.
As per the girl’s father, the girl entered the house in a deteriorated condition and told her parents about the assault through sign language.
She told that there were 5 men involved in the sexual assault; some raped her repeatedly over the past 3 months.
The victim’s father remained silent out of fear but later reported it to police after he was blackmailed due to his daughter’s videos.
