President Trump Says He Wants US Troops Out Of Afghanistan By Christmas

President Donald Trump said Wednesday he wants all US troops to leave Afghanistan by Christmas, speeding up the timeline for ending America’s longest war.

Trump wrote on Twitter: “We should have the small remaining number of our BRAVE Men and Women serving in Afghanistan home by Christmas!”

Donald Trump has recently been tested positive for COVID-19. He left the hospital on Monday and said he is doing well right now.
