Indian security agencies trail Anees Ibrahim, Dawood’s brother striking drug deals in India

Indian security agencies trail Anees Ibrahim, Dawood’s brother for striking drug deals in India via Dubai

Anees Ibrahim brother of India’s most wanted fugitive Dawood Ibrahim who is also accused in the Mumbai serial blasts is under the lens of Indian security agencies for his involvement in smuggling and manufacturing of contraband narcotics.

Kailash Rajput, a close aide of Anees Ibrahim who is a high-profile drug operator based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is also on Mumbai Police and Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) most wanted list, for smuggling drugs from India.

According to the sources Anees Ibrahim was linked to a drug syndicate operating in South Mumbai after his aide Arif Bhujwala was arrested by the NCB earlier this year from Raigarh in Maharashtra.

According to the investigating officers when they questioned Arif Bhujwala he revealed that he was in touch with Kailash Rajput, who is an alleged financier of Anees Ibrahim who looks after D-company’s drug operation in Europe. Kailash’s location was traced in Dubai.

In a big success, NCB busted a drug factory in South Mumbai that was reportedly run by Dawood’s aide Chinku Pathan in the third week of January this year.

What Pathan revealed to lead to the arrest of key drug operator Arif Bhujwala who is linked with Anees Ibrahim.

Arif said he had earlier visited Dubai and met Kailash Rajput, Anees Ibrahim’s financier.

Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) of Mumbai Police, Kailash Rajput has links with a Mexican drug cartel and had been involved in smuggling huge consignments of drugs like Phenethyl-4-Piperidone & Fentanyl from India.
