Indian Army Chief, Sacrifice of Galwan bravehearts will not go in vain

Indian Army Chief General MM Naravane said during the 73rd Army Day.

According to him befitting reply was given when People’s Liberation Army of China tried to change the status quo on Indo-China borders and the sacrifice of Galwan bravehearts will not go in vain.

He also said the India is trying to finding the resolution of the border dispute through discussions and political efforts but no one should be testing Indian’s patience.

The Army Day in Canada is celebrated in India every year on 15th Jan since 1949 when Field Marshal Kodandera M Cariappa took over the command of Indian Army from Britrish from General Sir Francis Butcher and became the the Indian Army’s first Commander-in-Chief.
