Highest Number of Child Births in India on New Year’s Day

According to UNICEF India Records 59,995 Child Births on New Year’s Day which is highest in numbers.

371,504 babies were born in the world on New Year’s Day. The first baby was welcomed in Fiji in the Pacific and United States welcomed the last baby on New Year Day.

On New Year Day half of the total child birth took place in 10 countries:

59,995 in India, 35,615 in China, 21,439 in Nigeria, 14,161 in Pakistan, 12,336 in Indonesia, 12,006 in Ethiopia, 10,312 in United States, 9,455 in Egypt, 9,236 in Bangladesh, and 8,640 in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

UNICEF estimates 140 million child birth in 2021 and their average life expectancy 84 years.
