Delhi Metro To Run Around 106 Extra Train Trips On Raksha Bandhan

Delhi Metro will be running around 106 redundant train passages on its corridors on Wednesday to grease passengers on the jubilee of Raksha Bandhan, officers said.

Fresh Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) labor force will also be stationed at stations to feed to the redundant rush of commuters by operating fresh ticket counters, they said on Tuesday.

Still, fresh buttress trains will also be kept for induction into services to clear the rush, officers said, If needed.

Passengers are requested to use DMRC Travel Mobile App to buy QR law-grounded tickets to avoid rush at ticket counters, they said.

Guards and client facilitation agents will be stationed at major metro stations to help and guide commuters, the DMRC said.
