Canada criticized for slow vaccine rollout

Canada received millions of doses of COVID-19 vaccines but has been criticized because of slow rollout of vaccines this caused anger in public and health sector.
Canada is below in world data among the list of countries when measuring vaccines administered per 100 people. Canada is at 0.14 compared to US 0.59, UK 1.18 while countries like Bahrain is at 3.23 and Israel is at 4.37.
Retired Gen. Rick Hillier who is leading the vaccination task force in Ontario has taken full responsibility for stopping the vaccination during holidays on 25th and 26th December. This could have been done due to staffing shortages during holidays.
