Due to fire in a basement in Brampton a woman and a child have been seriously injured.
The home is located on Nevada Court near Naismith Street and Bovaird Drive East, east of Highway 410. Emergency crews were called just before 7:50 p.m.
Total 3 patients were treated however 2 people had to be taken to hospital a child has serious injuries and a woman was critically injured.
The road was closed in response to the fire by Peel Regional Police.
