The 22-year-old climate change activist Disha Ravi arrested on 13th February on charges of sedition in connection with a “toolkit” relating to the farmers’ protest.
Disha walks out of Delhi’s Tihar Jail late Tuesday night just hours after she was granted bail.
According to the court there was nothing in Toolkit that called for violence and citizens are conscience keepers of any democratic Government as well as a citizen cannot be put behind bars just because she disagrees with the state policies.
According to Disha’s mother she had kept trust in the country’s legal system.
