Man arrested for a bomb threats at Pearson Airport

A man was arrested in connection with bomb threats that were made against Pearson International Airport over the weekend.

Peel Regional Police said that several calls that were made to the main phone line at Pearson on the evening between 5:45 p.m. and 8:55 p.m. on Saturday, December, 15 advising that bombs had been placed around the property.

Police arrested the 38-year-old suspect Joshua Kimble from Lindsay on Sunday.

Joshua Kimble of Lindsay, has been charged with conveying a false message and breach of probation. Also he was scheduled to make a court appearance for a bail hearing on Monday.
